Mark Taylor

CEO and UK Director

Mark Taylor, UK Director possesses several years of experience working with professional clubs in the football industry and has a BA Honours degree in Sport Management. He is a director of PSC Soccer Academy and has established links with professional teams and coaches all around the world.

He exclusively represents a number of players from the English Premier and Football Leagues and a number of players from various top foreign leagues in North America and Europe. PSC Soccer uses Mark’s expertise for the organizing and arrangement of elite showcase tours and training camps to Europe and Asia.

During the last 10 years he has brought over numerous English Premier League teams to tour North America such as Norwich City, Everton, West Bromwich Albion and Swansea City.

Paul Taylor

Managing Director

paul-taylor-psc-tours-managing-directorPaul Taylor, Managing Director of PSC, encompasses over 35 years of top-level professional football experience – ranging from playing, coaching and management in both England and the USA.

After a distinguished playing and coaching career in England and the States, Paul spent over 20 years coaching and managing professionally in England – the last 17 of which he spent as Director of Football at Walsall FC, in charge of all football matters of the club from youth football to senior levels. He helped transform the club from a position of financial hardship in what is now ‘League 2’ to become a profitable Championship club.

Paul’s role as Managing Director oversees all aspects of PSC work from player recruitment to the organization of professional club tours and training camps. Paul has acted as a ‘football consultant’ to a number of English clubs in recent years.

Tom Taylor

U.S. Director

Tom Taylor is a Director for PSC Soccer. He is responsible for the organization and coaching of all USA training programs, combines and camps. Tom has been responsible for the US operations since 2011 and has also been working in coaching roles with the Tulsa Roughnecks, Wilmington Hammerheads and Real Maryland in the USL Pro.

Tom’s playing career has included spells with Derby County, Walsall and Grimsby Town (England), Viking Stavanger (Norway), as well as Real Maryland, Portland Timbers and Wilmington Hammerheads (USA). Tom is an FA licensed coach and holds a USSF B coaching license. Over the years, Tom has assisted numerous American college and professional players with professional playing opportunities in the United States and Europe.

Simon Deeley

Player Recruitment / Event Management

Simon Deeley joined the PSC team in 2009, predominantly on the player recruitment side of the business, based in the USA and the UK. Simon graduated from the University of Central Lancashire, England in 2006 with a Sport Management degree and is an FA and USSF Licensed Coach.

In addition to his active role in player recruitment, Simon is also responsible for the organization and coordinating of numerous major PSC events such as our Professional Soccer Combines throughout England and America, our European Showcase Tours and also English Premier League sides West Bromwich Albion’s and Swansea Ciy’s tours to California.

Martin O’Connor is a former professional player for Birmingham City, Crystal Palace and Walsall FC among others. He represented the Cayman Islands at international level, and was also Assistant Head Coach at Walsall FC from 2009 – 2011. He now runs the Martin O‘Connor Education and Football Academy in England. Whilst playing for Birmingham City, he captained the side and led the side to the League Cup Final in 2001 against Liverpool FC.

Declan Roche

Declan Roche has been a former professional player in the Irish Premier League and Scottish Premier League with Celtic FC from 1985-91. He is a UEFA A license, Head Coach for Dublin University and has many close links within Irish professional football. During his playing career in Ireland he has won 3 Irish Premier League titles as well as domestic cups.Teams in Ireland he has played for include Shelbourne, Dundalk, Cork City and Derry City. During previous tours he has played a major role in the placement of players into the League of Ireland.

 

 

Patrick Walker

A UEFA Pro Diploma level A licensed coach, and graduate of the 2 year Sport Psychology Application education programme at Örebro University in Sweden. He has been a professional player and coach for the last 35 years. His playing career earned him national caps with the Republic of Ireland and he enjoyed successful spells in England, Ireland, Finland and Sweden with teams such as Gillingham, BK Hacken, Sundsvall, Bohemians and OTP Oulu. Since 1992 Patrick has been a Head Coach in Sweden and Norway with top clubs such as Sundsvall, Kalmar, Orebro and Sandefjord who he guided to the Adeccoligaen Championship in the 2010 season.

Mark Miller

Mark Miller started working with PSC in 2015 and has been instrumental in the placement of players in Malta. Before joining up with PSC he had coached 4 Maltese Premier League teams as well as the National U21 team. To date, he has been responsible for the Maltese Premier League signings of Gus Villalobos to Qormi, Austin Martz and Gibson Bardsley to Pembroke as well as Kyle O Brien and James Togbah to Valletta FC. His playing career spans over 500 professional games and experience playing in England, Finland and Malta. He is currently finishing his UEFA Pro License and has vast experience in the professional game.
